I was in a bit of a jam when my Washing Machine repair was needed. I mean, you never know how much you rely on that magical, clunky machine until it's out of commission. The technician, I think his name was Mike, was at my door right when they said he'd be. No waiting around. He took a look at my Whirlpool washing machine, identified the problem in what seemed like no time, and had the parts ready. Not one of those situations where, "Oh, I'll need to order that."
